Setting a static IP for your KUBE GATEWAY

In order to set a static IP for your KUBE GATEWAY you will need to connect to the gateway and modify some files.

First, use a network analyzer software such as Advanced IP Scanner to identify the current IP address of the GW.

Then use a terminal emulator software like PuTTY to connect to the GW, with the username and password as “root” and “fa”, respectively.

Follow the steps in Section 7.3 of the NanoPi NEO3 Wiki page available here to modify your IP settings.

Reboot your system and the settings will be saved.

To test the new static IP, please access the gateway configuration page via any browser with the following address “http://GW_Static_IP_Address:2000/”

Please note that once the IP is changed to static, the configuration and visualization data dashboard pages can be ONLY accessed at “http://GW_Static_IP_Address:2000/” and “http://GW_Static_IP_Address:3000/”, respectively.
